When do free Flow credits reset?
The free daily refresh is triggered by your first generation. Google’s example says that if you first use the allocation on August 12, the next 50 credits become available on August 13. Unused credits from the previous day disappear.
When do paid Flow credits reset?
Plus, Pro and Ultra subscription credits refresh at the start of the billing cycle. You can check the next refresh date and activity in the Google One AI credit interface.
How to check your balance
Open Flow and select your profile picture or initial in the top-right corner. Google says the remaining Flow credits appear under your profile information. Low-balance and insufficient-credit notices can also appear when you try to generate.
Estimating a real project
For a project requiring 12 candidate clips:
Select the likely model and duration.
Multiply its cost by 12 outputs.
Add at least one retry for the most important shots.
Add editing or 4K upscale costs where applicable.
Recheck the in-product Settings value immediately before generation.
The in-product cost is the final source of truth because Google can change limits at any time.
