Google Flow Availability: Countries, Languages and Limits

Who can use Google Flow?

Google says Flow is available to users 18 years or older in supported countries and territories. The same official page covers the desktop platform and mobile app availability.

Because the country list is long and can change, FlowTool does not copy it as a permanent checklist. Use Google’s current availability page before purchasing a plan or promising access to a team.

Supported languages

Google currently lists dozens of interface languages, including English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Arabic, Hindi, Thai, Turkish and Vietnamese.

Why a feature can still be missing

Country access to Flow does not guarantee access to every feature. Google’s documentation notes that:

• Product feature availability may differ by country.

• Certain image types may not be supported.

• Some uploaded-video editing features are region-restricted.

• Model and account rollouts can differ.

What to check when Flow is unavailable

1. Confirm your country on the official availability page.

2. Confirm the Google Account age requirement.

3. Check whether you are using the intended Google account and plan.

4. Test the desktop Flow URL before assuming a mobile-app issue.

5. Look for a feature-specific restriction rather than only country-level access.

6. Use the official feedback route if access contradicts the documentation.

Team and travel considerations

Do not assume that a feature available to one collaborator is available to every account in another country. For a distributed team, record the account region, plan, model and feature being tested.

Localization opportunity

Flow itself supports many interface languages, while search demand also exists for Japanese, Portuguese and Spanish tutorials. FlowTool will keep English as the canonical launch language and only publish localized sections when the translation, screenshots, metadata and hreflang can be maintained properly.
